Randy Raley is the Athletic Director and School Safety Coordinator for the Star City School District. This is his fourth year here at Star City.

Randy has spent 30 years in Texas serving as a coach, teacher, and assistant principal. He has previously worked at Texarkana Pleasant Grove High School and Atlanta High School.

Randy's wife, Chaney, is a retired teacher and they have two children. His daughter, Lyndy, is a Speech Pathologist in Oxnard, CA. His son, Lee, is a Medical Sales Representative in Little Rock, AR.
